A wintry mix of snow and ice sent cars slipping and sliding Sunday morning, leading to fender benders across North Jersey. Police in Bergen and Passaic counties reported several minor accidents — but no serious injuries — between 7 and 8 a.m. in Leonia, Pompton Plains, Paterson and West Paterson.
