Largest U.S. Cheese Maker was in East Aurora

At East Aurora, Erie County, to-day, the firm of Richardson, Beebe & Co., made, it is claimed, the largest cheese ever pressed. It weighs 3,300 pounds. The milk used weighed 16 tons.
